Parador in a beautiful Renaissance style palace in Cáceres

The Parador is located in the heart of the old quarter of Cáceres, in the beautiful Renaissance-style Palace of the Commander, founded in the 14th century by Diego García de Ulloa, Commander of the Order of Santiago, who had the privilege of handing over the keys to the city to Isabel the Catholic in 1477. Tastefully reformed, it now focuses on respect for the environment (lighting, air conditioning). Its table promotes the AOC products of the region and when the weather is fine, you can enjoy them in a delicious garden.

Très joli cadre et les plats en tant que tels sont bons mais n'ont rien d'exceptionnels pour un prix assez élevé au final. Service rapide mais peu soigné. I est urgent de trouver un boulanger digne de ce nom, le pain n'a aucun goût et cela gâche l'entrée le repas.

Très beau patio dans un des palais de Cáceres. Très bon repas et vin de la région. Service attentif quoiqu’un peu rapide pour satisfaire certains clients "pressés". Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.
