ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM

Known as the Casa de la Cultura, this Provincial Archive Palace has been housing a beautiful collection since 1953. In 17 rooms distributed in 2 floors, it presents a part of the objects discovered in Murcia and the region. Its visit is a real journey through time, which begins with prehistory and continues with Iberian remains exhumed from a necropolis of more than six hundred tombs. You can see objects from the Roman and Muslim eras. Some rooms are dedicated to Spanish numismatics from the 15th to the 20th century.
