CHURCH OF THE PURÍSIMA CONCEPCIÓN

Located in the city center, in the Carretas-Huerta de Marzo neighborhood, this church of the Puríssima Concepción was a hermitage around 1705. The building still has a portal from the 18th century. But the main attraction is the main altarpiece with columns. It is the only one in the Churrigueresque Baroque style left in Albacete, coming from the convent of Justinianas, now disappeared. It is now visible, after a year of restoration in 2005.
