Έχω τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες Πριν λίγο καιρό πήγαμε στις 12 το μεσημέρι για καφεδάκι και κρατούσαμε ένα κουλούρι Μας είπαν ότι δεν επιτρέπεται να φάμε το κουλούρι με τον καφέ μας, παρ' όλο που μας σέρβιραν καφέ χωρίς τουλάχιστον ένα μπισκοτάκι . Σήμερα πήγαμε ξανά , (κατά λάθος είχαμε ξεχάσει την απαγόρευση του κουλουριού) και χρέωσαν τον καφέ της φίλης μου 1,5€ παραπάνω και όταν ζήτησε λίγο γάλα επί πλέον η απάντηση ήταν δεν "σερβίρουμε γάλα" Λεει εκείνη "θα σας το πληρώσουμε" Τότε βέβαια της έφεραν . Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκε για την επί πλέον χρέωση απάντησαν απλά "έχετε δίκιο".
Καθίσαμε σε ένα τραπεζάκι που το διπλανό έγραφε reserve. Ερχόντουσαν και έφτιαχναν τις καρέκλες του και τους εμπόδιζαν οι δικές μας γιατί λέει θα έρχονταν οι πελάτες για φαγητό Τους λέμε φτιάξτε τις εσείς Μας έβαλαν να καθίσουμε στον ήλιο Ήταν φυσικά αδύνατον και όταν τους είπαμε ας έρθουν πρώτα οι του reserve και θα πάμε στον ήλιο δέχτηκαν Καθίσαμε πάνω από 2 ώρες και φυσικα δεν ήρθε κανένας
Δεν συζητάμε για το βράδυ, που το ποτό σερβίρεται σκέτο ούτε καν με ένα "πλαστικό ξηρό καρπό" Αν ζητήσεις ; η απάντηση : "το ποτό έτσι σερβίρεται"
Λυπάμαι πολύ γιατί ίσως η αντιμετώπιση είναι τέτοια για τους ντόπιους Αλλά το μαγαζί δουλεύει όλο το χρόνο και ως επί το πλείστον οι πελατες του είναι Έλληνες
Τώρα πλέον μακριά από τέτοιους επιχειρηματίες Φαντάζομαι τον τυχαίο πελάτη πως τον αντιμετωπίζουν......

You could not ask for a lovelier location. The service was spot-on attentive but not overbearing! My server gave excellent suggestions on food and drink. I had the shrimp appetizer and lamb chop dinner. And I was treated to a traditional liquor of Crete, Tsikoudia!

Bardzo smaczna kawa. Obsługa fachowa i dobrze mówiącą po angielsku. Do tego piękny widok na Stary Wenecki Port. Polecam zdecydowanie to miejsce.

Très bon accueil dans cet établissement idéalement situé sur le port de La Canée. L’agneau était un délice, et j’ai adoré l’entré traditionnelle au jambon. Le choix de cocktail est varié et intéressant, cependant j’ai trouvé que la musique était un peu trop forte.

Visited in February 2015. Aroma Café by the Venetian harbor in Chania, Crete, offers a delightful blend of Greek and Mediterranean cuisines. You can pair your meal with local Charma beers on tap. The idyllic setting by the tranquil waters makes it a charming spot.

Helpful staff, plenty option catering to different diets. Went for breakfast and dinner. Only thing is it gets quite loud after 6 with music and people which is expected.

Τα 4 αστέρια γιατί κάνει κρύο ρε παιδιά μέσα κλείστε καμμία πόρτα η ανοίξτε το πατάρι να μην έρχεται σε άμεση επαφή ο πελάτης με την είσοδο.

Από τα ομορφότερα σημεία στο λιμάνι των Χανίων για να απολαύσεις πολύ καλή ποιότητα Fredo espresso. Το φαγητό πολύ όμορφο σε στήσιμο αλλά και γεύση. Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι ζητήσεις. Οι τουαλέτες θεωρώ ήταν πολύ μικρές ,ηθελαν καθαρισμα λογω συχνης επισκεψης πελατων και πολύ στενές.Δηλαδη όταν ήταν κάποιος ήδη μέσα έπρεπε να βγεις πρώτα για να κάνει χώρο και να ξαναμπείς. Και οι τιμές στο φαγητό ήταν τσιμπημένες, όχι λόγω τοποθεσίας αλλά κάτι παραπάνω.

Have had Prosecco and appetizers here a few times, with visiting family, with friends and alone. Their drinks and wine is excellent, view beautiful and the salmon bruschetta is delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The only complaint that keeps them from 5 stars is they’re never that friendly, even our Greek friends noticed the same.

We enjoyed a lunch here in January. It's was very good and nicely presented. Being January, service was attentive without being terribly friendly. Reading other reviews, I expect some of the difference in food quality ratings is because of the 2 different menus. One is limited to sandwiches and snack plates while the other is the 'fancier' more sophisticated dishes.

We were in your restaurant on 24.12. We waited for 40 minutes to order, then we got the order, after an hour. It was incomplete. The music was loud, nothing could be heard. On top of that, the food was disgusting. Who adds corn to cesar salad? There was no meat in it. I will steer clear of you.

The best meal I had in Chania on my last trip there. I went for early dinner/ late lunch end of season november.

I had to force myself in as all the Waiters were quite young and didn't seem to know 100% what they where doing.

The Gyros is good, but the meat was a bit too dry, but full of flavour. The portion was huge for the price.

Renovated and "hip" taverna, lovely atmosphere where young locals eat in and go out.

This restaurant/bar absolutely exceeded my expectations. Perfect location at the old Venetian harbor combined with tasty food reasonably priced and an outstanding attentive and friendly staff made my stay to one of my greatest memories.
