Schöne entspannte Hotel

en etant restées 7 nuits dans cet hôtel vue mer nous nous sommes rendues compte de nombreuses choses qui n’allaient pas :
lit inconfortable! pas de sur matelas?
la poussière sous le lit, menage fait 1 fois
en 7 jours, lit pas fait, on nous a enlevé le tapis et n a pas ete remis.. lors de notre arrivée poubelle des toilettes deja pleine?? poussière sous le lit..
une nourriture indigeste le soir! rien de saison? rien de local? bien triste. nourriture grasse ou à l eau
par ailleurs le “DJ” pres de la piscine le son jusqu’à pas d’heure! et de la musique nulle en mode boucle!
pas de plage à proximité alors quil est dit quil y a un accès direct a la plage..

We are just leaving Castello Village hotel and have had a brilliant week. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, our room was spacious and cleaned every day. The hotel is charming, and built around established trees which feel very rustic and natural. We had half board and found the breakfast and evening meal always tasty and had something different to choose. We would recommend to all for an authentic Cretan hotel.

Bon hôtel qui vaut pas plus de 3 étoiles.
Personnel sympathique.
Point négatif :
la restauration est assez redondante.
Pas de vraie plage à proximité.
Il est primordial de louer une voiture !

Si vous êtes jeunes et fêtard allez plus du côté de Malia.

Beinahe hätten auf Grund der z.T schlechten Bewertungen umgebucht - zum Glück haben wir das nicht getan!
Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern im Oktober dort und hatten wirklich einen tollen Urlaub.

Der Service war hervorragend. Alle waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kinder wurden sehr liebevoll behandelt. Es wurde uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt.

Insbesondere der obere Pool hat und gut gefallen. Zwar nicht beheizt, aber auch im Oktober noch eine Abkühlung wert.

Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Room was a little small but clean and comfortable, no balcony but had a veranda at front which meant no privacy but only 4 or 5 rooms in that area so not too many people passing. We even had a sea view from our veranda which was unexpected but really appreciated.
We were b & b, there was a good variety of hot and cold food but no omelette station.
All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond.
Our a/c stopped working properly, but was fixed as soon as we reported it, thank you
There was a variety of evening entertainment.
The hotel is really well situated, just a short walk to lots of tavernas, shops, medical centres etc with a supermarket and car/quad/motorbike hire opposite
The only down side for me was that there wasn't a beach at the hotel. There was a beach nearby but no facilities, only portaloos!
The nearest beach with sunbeds etc was Kalimera Kriti which was a bit of a hike with a bit of rock climbing thrown in!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großer Anlage. 2 Pools mit jeweiliger Bar gibt es auch. Ein größeres Pool in der nähe von der Rezeption und ein 2. kleineres am unteren Ende der Hotelanlage. Essen ist ausreichend und sehr schmackhaft. Der einzige Minuspunkt (sofern man es als Minuspunkt sehen kann) das kein Strand vorhanden ist. Möchte man an einen Strand muss man etwas laufen oder (so wie ich es gemacht habe) man nimmt sich ein Leihwagen und erkundet Kreta auf eigene Faust.

We stayed here for a week, there was 4 adults and a baby. We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. We started off with a room with faulty air conditioning but this was quickly rectified by the helpful reception staff who changed our room straight away. (Thank you!)
The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and well situated. The staff are very friendly but a special mention to Thanos whose customer service goes above and beyond, always keeping our drinks full and our evenings entertained! Thank you!
