Wir waren im Sommer eine Woche dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und schlicht aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super mit nur 3-4 Gehminuten zum Strand. Es ist ein Sandstrand an dem man Liegen tageweise mieten kann (kostet extra). Badeschuhe sind sehr zu empfehlen, da es im Wasser sehr felsig ist.
Mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Auswahl war sehr gut. Abends gab es immer unterschiedliche Mottos, deshalb war es auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch als Vegetarier wird man fündig, wobei hier die Beschriftung der Gerichte etwas ausbaufähig war.
Mit dem Spa-Bereich waren wir sehr zufrieden und auch das Abendprogramm hatte für alle etwas zu bieten. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind sehr viele vorhanden.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober eine Woche dort.
Unser Sohn (15) hatte ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude und wir ein Superior Zimmer. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und waren sehr sauber. Anfänglich haben wir schlecht geschlafen, weil die Matratzen so hart waren. Dafür haben wir dann Topper und andere Kissen bekommen. Super Service.
Das ist übrigens auch das, was sich durch unseren Urlaub wie ein roter Faden gezogen hat: der tolle Service und die extrem fröhlichen, netten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter.
An der Rezeption wurde uns immer geholfen, hier bekommt man auch gute Tipps zu den Bussen, etc.
Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, von dort aus kann man gut einkaufen, bummeln, Ausflüge buchen oder zum Strand gehen.
Die Liegen am Strand sind kostenpflichtig, aber die Preise sind OK.
Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns sehr im Hotel wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

I have spent my stay here from 5 to 15 october 2023. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed at. The place is very clean, the neighbourhood is calm and safe. The staff is very polite and professional, but also genuinely happy to have a talk and a laugh with the guests. The food was very good for a hotel and there was a nice variety. Prices are very reasonable also. The pool is clean and nice also. If you want to travel to this part of Crete, I would really suggest staying at this place!

Puikus viešbutis ir aptarnavimas,personalas visada linkęs padėti,skanus maistas,kambariai tvarkingi.Vakare po viešbučio vakarinės programos(šokių programa, didžėjaus programa ir pan.)galima išeiti pasivaikščioti. Gatvės apšviestos, yra iki vėlumos veikiančių parduotuvėlių.Pakrantė nuo viešbučio 50m.Keletą kilometrų tęsiasi barai ir maitinimo vietos,nuobodu tikrai nebus.

Hotel na zewnątrz bardzo ładny, piękne leżanki wokół basenu, wygodne leżaki, ale to by było na tyle. Pokoje w starej części budynku wymagają remontu, są małe i nie zbyt atrakcyjne. Obsługa podczas kolacji pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Zamawiając wodę (która była dodatkowo płatna) czekaliśmy na nią tak długo, ze zdążyliśmy już zjeść. Czasem obsługa podchodziła po zamówienie już po kolacji co jest absurdem. Na stolik również trzeba bylo czekać i krążyć z talerzami po restauracji na usadowienie, albo wskazywano stolik, przy której siedziała już inna rodzina i proszono nas o dołączenie do nich co nie jest komfortowe. Mały wybór jedzenia, wszystkie napoje dodatkowo płatne, w tym również woda, co w standardzie europejskim wydaje sie już podstawa. Z pozytywów - świetna lokalizacja, blisko morza i plaży. Hotel znajduje sie w centrum tętniącego życiem Hersonissos.

Hotel w mieście przy samej plaży oznaczonej błekitną flagą. Hersonissos nie jest najpiekniejszym miejscem na Krecie ale położenie hotelu ma wiele zalet. Jest oczywiście mnóstwo sklepów, wypożyczalni samochodów, skuterów, sklepów z pamiątkami więc jest gdzie wyjść wieczorem. Plaża jest dość długa, woda super ale są w wodzie kamienne płyty na które trzeba uważać, najlepiej wchodzić w butach do wody. W samym hotelu też nie będziemy się nudzić, są wieczorki tematyczne, muzyka na żywo, jest bardzo smaczna kuchnia a obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła. Pokoje są duże z bardzo dużą łazienką, są pełnowymiarowe kosmetyki (produkty lokalne z oliwą z oliwek) .

Świetne jedzenie, zarówno kolacje jak i śniadania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Drinki trochę drogie ale przepyszne.

Albergo bello, pulito e posizione comoda.
Buffet con diversi temi ogni sera, tanta scelta tra carne pesce e contorni.
A pochi passi si trovano spiagge molto belle e il centro con negozi e tanti ristoranti.

A mio parere però overated perché da un albergo a 4 stelle (sulla facciata dell'hotel ce ne sono 5!) non mi aspetto:
Un'attesa infinita ogni volta che a cena si vuole ordinare da bere perché c'è poco personale, tra l'altro persino l'acqua a pagamento ai pasti, secondo me assurdo;
Bagni minuscoli con porte che si bloccano e docce che si allagano ad ogni utilizzo, non si può tirare lo sciacquone due volte di fila perché si blocca;
Propongono degustazione di vini, fanno fare prenotazione tramite l'app con possibilità di scegliere l'orario, poi quando ci presentiamo in reception all'orario selezionato veniamo liquidate con un semplice "è già finito, era solo all'ora X" se non sono stati abbastanza intelligenti da avvisarci in anticipo, potevano quanto men0 scusarsi con un calice di vino che facevano più bella figura;

Peccato veramente perché ha un grande potenziale che viene penalizzato dal personale che ci lavora.

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine dans cet hôtel et avons été très contente de notre séjour. Le personnel est au top et mention particulière à l’équipe du restaurant et petit déjeuner qui est aux petits soins et pour leur travaille admirable ainsi que leur gentillesse. Le buffet change tous les jours et est très bon. Seul bémol les desserts et le manque de fromage.
Concernant la chambre nous avions une chambre standard au départ au rez de chaussée assez vieillotte et bruyante du fait de sa proximité avec la réception. Le lendemain on nous a change de chambre au 4ème étage et c’était beaucoup mieux. Quelques améliorations pourraient être faite pour la rendre plus moderne mais c’était tout de même suffisant !
La piscine est très jolie mais froide.
L’emplacement est vraiment au top.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel hôtel, accueillant, propre. Personnel très serviable. Des soirées musicales traditionnelles proposées. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Plage au pied de l'hôtel et une autre très agréable à 10mn à pied. Je recommande.

Wonderful place, super clean, the workers are super friendly, the food was excellent, nice pool, and the beach is a bit raft.

Positiv: Nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Zimmer Upgrade auf Familienzimmer, Aussicht auf das Meer, Lage zum Strand und der Promenade, Auswahl beim Essen, Pools und Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen. Wenig kleine Kinder, da kein typisches Familienhotel.

Negativ: Sehr laute Beschallung Abends mit nerviger Musik, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Wer vor Mitternacht schlafen möchte, hat Pech gehabt.

Extremes Gedränge beim Essen, keine Gemütlichkeit oder Privatsphäre, Tische viel zu eng, Hektik, sehr laut, Getränke kommen oft erst, wenn mit Essen fertig, insgesamt stressige Atmosphäre beim Essen.

Der Strand am Hotel gehört einem privaten Betreiber, 10 Euro für Liegen und Schirm, man fühlt sich genötigt, Getränke oder Essen zu bestellen. Außerdem sind viele Felsen im Wasser und man kommt kaum rein, ohne umzufallen. Wir sind dann an andere Strände gefahren mit dem Mietwagen.

Insgesamt kein schlechter Aufenthalt, wir haben einen Tag vor Abreise gebucht. Aber nächstes Jahr orientieren wir uns anders.

Shower room a little exigüe and outdated.
Some very pleasant evening entertainment.
The staff are charming that it is at the reception or restaurant. Do not hesitate to ask to change room, they aim to satisfy the guest.
Disappointing breakfast for French (inedible pastries) but the hot pancakes every day...
2 swimming pools, which allows everyone to enjoy it.

Me I was in the new part in June and it was. There was not crowds. In fact, it depends on the period and the price you pay. You can not expect anything in August when it is!

First of all, the bus threw us in front of a gloomy street, and the hotel 200m indicated to us further. Very welcoming!

For the first night in the old part of the hotel: the decoration is old, with a shower for half a nobody (very small) with a tights curtain to the buttocks which does not go down to the bottom of the shower! Therefore water spills in the bathroom! There is no place to store your belongings. The soundproofing of the rooms is really nonexistent, really too noisy because the room therefore gives next to the reception you can hear the arrivals and departures of the guests at all hours of the day or night.

For our second day, we arrive at the end according to lunch, the receptionist explains us that you will change us room (one gives us a superior room) because there is a problem in the bathroom. On are the rooms the prices of the nights noted and in fact the same prices are displayed then is this really superior room??? They transfer us in the new part of the building which is much cleaner and more spacious.

Drinks in the hotel: they are not included in the price of the meals. You have to pay an astronomical sum for water (€2.70 for 1 litre).
Cuisine: the very large disadvantage. The canteen is better, opinion unanimously shared by all French on site. Fried pasta/rice/will be our 3 friends of holidays. Heated one day on the other by changing sauce simply. The fries unpeeled, they are soft and swim in oil. Clearly not very good for us this Cretan cuisine. Odd tastes and paths of cooking are not great. Almost no typical dish. People ruent themselves on pizza or pasta. No real dessert, that fruit cut into pieces, gelatina of all colours and pineapple in box! A little disappointing in Crete? We are praised the orange on the island upon arrival at the hotel to have an old powder orange juice every morning... inadmissible for this level of range. This cuisine is reserved for our British neighbours!

There are very few activities organized by the hotel only 2 evenings per week in the August.

That would pass for a 2 star hotel but not to the summit.
