An excellent address to taste the inventive Cretan cuisine from the beginning of May to the end of October. Ideal for a romantic dinner on the roof terrace overlooking the old port and the Venetian ramparts. The chef, a native of Crete, uses only fresh produce from the island and herbs that grow on the hotel roof (hence the name of the restaurant). The panoramic view and the professional service of the staff are appreciated. The menu changes regularly. Remember to make reservations, especially for dinner in season.

Super restaurant avec une magnifique vue sur le port et le fort vénitien. Ambiance très sympa, qualité-prix super. Peu fréquenté le soir de notre venue (soir de semaine en août). Personnel très sympathique! Un chouette endroit où s'arrêter manger si vous ne voulez pas vous prendre la tête et bien manger avec une belle vue!

Lights at night (led strips) should either be less or dimmed waaaay down. The view is great during the night and having less light would make it very romantic.. Maybe it was just me though.. Other than that, food was descent but nothing special..
