LES ÉMIRS RESTAURANT

Les Emirs Restaurant is a very good place to enjoy fresh fish, seafood and meat. The "gargoulette des emirs" is our favorite dish - tested and approved! This Tunisian dish is worth the detour if you have never tasted it. Traditionally, the cook would break the dough covering the jar in which the dish was cooked for many hours; this was called "breaking the gargoulette". This ceremony was said to drive away the evil eye. We recommend the Emirs Restaurant!
