THE KASBAH

The Kasbah attracts the attention by its pretty lanes which seem frozen in time. One enters the oldest part by a single door. Here, you will not see any car but sometimes carts pulled by donkeys. Very few stores, and several houses in (de) construction. The Kasbah has long seemed abandoned compared to other old cities in the country. Some dars have been bought and have undergone transformations not always respectful of the place... Calmness reigns there and the stroll is pleasant!
