Til the next time Latoya!
The rooms were fine. Nothing spectacular (Superior category) although I appreciated the privacy the hotel was able to achieve with the terrace and greenery. Again, staff quickly and easily accommodated a request I had for a screen to be had on the sliding glass door.
Breakfasts were quite good with lots of choice. Dinners were fine but, for me, not amazing. Service in the restaurant was always very good.
This was a good value hotel for what we experienced. We were there in the off-season (October) and at full rates I think I would have expected more. My complaints may reflect more the touristy nature of Tamarindo which I found less charming than other areas of Costa Rica.
In summary: a decent spot, great staff, maybe not the perfect hotel for me.
Your thorough observations are of immense value to us. We're pleased that you found our location central and enjoyed the easy beach access. We're carefully considering your insights regarding the rooms and dining as we strive for continual improvement. Your comments about the off-season rates and the distinctive charm of Tamarindo are also thoughtfully acknowledged.
Your feedback is a priceless source of guidance, and we're eagerly looking forward to the opportunity of hosting you again, aiming to surpass your expectations in the future!
