The chef, José Pablo Gonzalez, prepares his dishes using organic and local ingredients from Finca Madre, the restaurant's farm. Here, you'll find nothing but simple, well-balanced cuisine, all fine-tuned and prepared to order. Inspired by Costa Rican cuisine, the chef revisits typical Costa Rican dishes while adding a small dose of creativity.
