In a private domain, ideally located between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, Richard, a Quebecer who has been living in the region for nearly 30 years, offers apartments and houses for vacation rental. All of them offer a private pool (except the apartments which have a shared pool) and enjoy a superb view in a very quiet and wooded park secured 24/7. Guests are attended to by a concierge who is there to make their stay as easy as possible. The staff is multilingual in French, English, Spanish and German. An exceptional service.

Our family of six just returned from a one week stay at Villa Mot Mot in Manuel Antonio Estates. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and suited us perfectly. We especially enjoyed the monkeys. Very entertaining! The only drawback for my husband (85) and I (75) was the steep hill but the younger members of the family had no problem and we managed. Some taxi drivers took us almost all the way, which was helpful. The location, close to Quepos, was ideal for grocery shopping, restaurants and exploring. When we booked tours, we were picked up and dropped off. We all had a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park and Villa Vanilla Spice Farm. The younger ones had a kayak tour of the mangroves. All were excellent. I can’t say enough positives about Julio and Andres, who manage the office. They totally made our stay! The communication before our trip was detailed and very helpful and they always immediately responded to any requests while we were there. Their information and suggestions were very welcome! We had a wonderful holiday!

You are in an alive, living, tropical, environment! Birds, butterflies and the troop of monkeys who jump from tree to tree looking for food to jeep you company. The pool is very refreshing after a walk around.
