CACAO TRAILS

The visit dedicated to Costa Rican cocoa, known as the least bitter, is orchestrated by indigenous Indians, which adds to its authenticity. You will discover the entire manufacturing process, from the harvesting to the preparation of the confectionery, including fermentation, drying and cooking of the beans. At each step, it is possible to participate and taste. A visit to the small museum dedicated to Indian culture and medicinal plants is included, as is a visit to the park where you can see monkeys, iguanas and sloths.
