An alternative, expensive but of good taste, to the crowd usually present on the peak. Each table has a view over Hong Kong and the service is cared for. Excellent selection of sushi, sashimis and rouleaux of experimental makis. Makis in crab and shells are to be tasted absolutely. Specialties such as Teppanyaki pork and Wagyu beef are perfect. Also try, salad crunchy in crab served with miso soup, more affordable.
