One of the most popular addresses of this amazing shopping street of Gage Street. The ensign has been in operation for more than 50 years and has started as a dong pai dai and now has another branch on Kowloon. The specialties here are noodles on the thumb (in soup or fries), the ribs of fries, and the nai cha (hot or cold milk tea). If you take it cold, you will even find milk tea ice cubes in your glass!
