A chain of Cantonese cuisine, very famous for dim sum. The decor is pleasant, we eat in small wooden boats. Normal room on the first floor.

The only restaurant to offer live animals to choose just before cooking, speciality of Canton. To recommend: slender of wild goose, vapeur à, wild duck with soy sauce, rabbit to five spices, pheasant to egg whites.

Sichuan specialities: chicken slender with fish taste (chunyu rousi), tea-baked duck and wood essences, soy paste to spotted sauce (mapo dofu).

A typically kitchen restaurant, as its name suggests, with good fish in soy sauce.
