PROVINCIAL SHANXI MUSEUM

The museum is located in the center, on the Qifeng Jie, in a former taoist temple devoted to one of eight Chinese immortal, Lu Dongbin, a character who lived under the Tang dynasty. The museum contains a beautiful collection of sculptures and stelas from the Han Dynasty to that of the Tang. There is also the gallery of bronzes, porcelain of the Ming, a section of paintings on rolls, embroidery, lacquers, compartmentalized…
