Its southern exposure and overhanging terrace provide year-round sunshine and a breathtaking view of the bay, while benefiting from natural ventilation at the height of summer. We love the quietness of the residence in all seasons, and above all its proximity on foot to some of the island's most beautiful beaches and coves.
