A train ride in the old town of Cagliari.
A little red train goes through the old streets of the medieval quarter of Castello. It leaves from Piazza Carmine every hour, between 10am and 12pm and again from 4pm to 7pm. In 35 minutes you can get a glimpse of the old town. The train also offers the immense advantage of avoiding the difficult walk up to the Castello, especially in the hot sun. It is possible to get off on request and take another train to continue the journey. The ticket is taken directly on board the train, so you can jump on at any time!
