Bright apartment two minutes from the train station with modern rooms

This B&B is ideally located two minutes from the train station, in a quiet area. Opened in 2016, this bright apartment serves three modern bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms. The refined decoration reveals the beauty of the original floors, which are different in each room. Fabio is a professional of tourism and a great kindness, he knows how to welcome you as he should and he will direct you to the good addresses of the city. A kitchen is at the guests' disposal and the breakfast served in the morning is based on quality products.

Ich kann nur schwärmen von dieser Unterkunft und dem Gastgeber. Die Lage ist optimal, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Ein sehr alter stilvoller Fahrstuhl führt ins 3. Stock der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und es ist alles zu finden, was man braucht. Selbst wenn es etwas nicht gibt, besorgt es der Gastgeber Fabio. So benötigten wir ein Bügeleisen und bei der Rückkehr am Abend hatten wir diesen bereits im Zimmer stehen. Das Frühstück bereitet Fabio selbst zu und es ist leckerer als das Frühstück draußen. Fabio selbst spricht sehr gut Englisch. Er ist äußerst herzlich und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen weiter geholfen. Selbst als wir weiter gefahren sind nach Olbia hatten wir noch Kontakt und er hat uns auch dort geholfen. Besser geht's nicht.

La struttura è molto pulita è organizzata, con tutto quello che serve per arrangiarsi.
È la sua posizione la rende veramente strategica per chi non ha un auto, perché è sia vicina alla stazione dei treni e degli autubus per chi avesse necessità di uscire da Cagliari per visitare altri posti con i mezzi pubblici e sia vicina al centro per fare uscite serali.
È stata una bellissima esperienza, con Fabio.
Sempre disponibile e gentile pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra necessità.

Sono tornata nel B&b gestito da Fabio perché mi ero già trovata benissimo nel 2016. Confermo l’esperienza davvero impeccabile. La posizione è eccellente e servitissima da treni e bus; con una breve passeggiata si è sul lungomare o nelle stradine animate da ristoranti e bar. Le stanze sono immacolate e silenziose, dotate di aria condizionata. Il valore aggiunto resta senza dubbio la disponibilità e accoglienza di Fabio che oltre a preparare squisite colazioni contraddistinte ogni giorno da una squisitezza differente, è prodigo di consigli sempre impeccabili e indicazioni perfette che spaziano dal ristorante al museo, allo stabilimento balneare all’ultima mostra allestita in città fino al bus e al mercato o al parco dove passeggiare. Grazie, Fabio, per aver reso ancora una volta il mio soggiorno a Cagliari indimenticabile!

Fabio è un host bravissimo, molto preciso nel dare informazioni e suggerimenti per visitare la città. La sua attenzione per gli ospiti si vede anche dalla colazione, sempre curata nei dettagli e con qualcosa di diverso ogni mattina. Le stanze sono bellissime e spaziose. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta. Quando tornerò a Cagliari, so già dove prenotare.
