Here you are in one of the oldest restaurants in the Sardinian capital, opened in 1852. At that time it was an inn equipped with stables where the Sardinians came down from the mountains on horseback. The current owners have gentrified the setting with tablecloths, red taffeta chairs and solid parquet flooring. The menu reveals a selection of classic, well-toned dishes (chateaubriand, Milanese escalope), some Sardinian specialities, including malloreddus, or exceptional products such as sea urchins, white truffle or lobster.
