At the corner of the Santa Croce, at the foot of the ramparts, is probably the most beautiful terrace in the city. The Libarium is the chic address where you can meet for a cocktail in front of the sublime panorama on the marina. Cosy outdoor lounge, high tables or bar stools, this restaurant takes advantage of its setting with a continuous service from breakfast until the middle of the night. There is something for every palate, from croque-monsieur to caviar. A beautiful Italian wine list and a very nice champagne list. Service a bit snobbish.

Tuna Carpachio was delicious, also lasagna. View is of course worth to come and eat on the terrace only.

The food is somehow „standard“, nothing special. We had the mixed fried seafood platter, very small portion, no side dish included. Too small and „basic“ for 22 EUR. Not bad at all but with this ambiente and location you just expect more, even more when service is 15% extra on top! The view is stunning but you pay the price for it. I would not recommend again.

Są takie miejsca, do których zawsze będzie się wracać pamięcią smaku i klimatu!!! Obsługa na najwyższym z możliwych poziomów, dania perfekcyjne! Moje owoce morza, dokładnie tak przyrządzone, jak można najlepiej! Kawa z widokiem na port, jedna z najlepszych jakie piłem! Szczerze polecam, jako kulinarną perłę, podczas zwiedzania starych uliczek Cagliari!
