The chef serves delicious dishes of simplicity from seafood products. Steam cooking preserves the taste and authenticity of the products coming from Oristano every Day. Start with tasty antipasti: avocado gambas, sea urchins, squid mimosa, fried fish doughnuts… The lobster spaghetti spaghetti are delicious. Finally, you can enjoy delicious fillets of roasted swordfish or lobster. Beware, the tasting menu is an imposed menu, and you don't choose its dishes, so rely on the chef's choices!
