A defensive wall and remains of a village of about fifty huts in Porto Conte
Built in three main phases (15th-10th centuries B.C., 9th century B.C. and 8th century B.C.), the structure includes a defensive wall and the remains of a village of about 50 circular-shaped huts. Archaeologists estimate, however, that the village may have housed 150-200 huts. The largest was a "meeting hut" that can be easily recognized by the stone bench that runs along its walls. The village was abandoned in the 8th century BC following a fire.
