Al Tuguri is not only among the good tables of Alghero, it is probably one of the best tables in Sardinia. The chef, Benito Carbonella, a native of Nuoro, offers refined and original Catalan cuisine, combining spices, perfumes, aromatic herbs and seafood. The establishment, opened in 1973, consists of two small rooms with a rustic and intimate decor. We recommend the seafood tasting menu, a real marvel. The prices are not excessive for a restaurant of this kind.

Un posto magnifico e davvero molto originale. Cibo raffinato ma in coerenza e rispetto della tradizione con un pizzico di originalità. Dopo aver finito penserete di stare in paradiso. Consigliatissimo!! Esperienza da provare a occhi chiusi !!! Una menzione

Wir haben heute den Fisch und Fleisch Menu genommen. Der Fisch Hauptgang war langweilig und lieblos und das Fleisch Menu , das Beef war so zäh! Für ein Michelin Restaurant finden wir eher nicht verdient!
