Il personale alla reception è pessimo, scortese e completamente inadatto a lavorare con il pubblico

Sono cliente da qualche anno per motivi lavorativi e devo dire che un pochino è calata la qualità generale. Personale altamente professionale e disponibile come sempre, camere non ben riscaldate con 8 gradi all'esterno... Purtroppo la mezza pensione è stata una delusione poiché le portate erano molto probabilmente precotte ( in questo non ci sarebbero nulla di male) e riscaldate al momento verosimilmente con un forno a microonde perché erano fredde all'esterno e calde all'interno. Ma questa è una mia impressione. Colazione normale.
