It is in a vast park planted with olive trees, facing a magnificent panorama, which is located in the restaurant. Dinner is served in the huge room with old beams and the old fireplace. Facing the lighted swimming pool: . tables, lit candles, the decor is intimate and warm. The map offers delicate and refined dishes inspired by the new kitchen. The flavours of yesteryear, rare herbs, local products allow surprising and unusual recipes: Coquilles Saint Jacques sprinkled with carasau bread, spicy tomatoes and ricotta smoked fumée or turban fumée courgettes with mozzarella with mozzarella shooting to cherry creamy stew are examples. Wine list of the best wines of Sardinia, Italy and also French wines and large champagne vintages. The house also offers the expedition of wines and Sardinian products.

We decided for the 7 course Menu to try as mant things as possible as the reviews were all positive.
The food: in my opinion this menu was a complete desaster. Everything was wrong. From the concept to the execution. Food had a pretencious “wanna be” gourmet with no flavour and autenthicity. Most of the dishes were cold, with an absurd amount of sauce, flavors that didint combine (fish and foundue cheese). We have been to many chef menus but never seen this lack of taste, concept and bad execution. Some of the dishes we could not eat so bad was the taste.
The service: amazing. Probably the most friendly servers I came across in Italy. They were super polite and chilled and made us extremelly taken cara of the entire evening.
