Long wooden wharf converted into a commercial complex housing a luxury hotel, restaurants and residences.

It was here that the export of wool was handled for several decades, but it was also from here that the officers and sailors of the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian troops, were deployed and the many arrivals were landed.
