A popular beach for surfers and the country's wealthy businessmen, located some 30 kilometers from Manly.

Palm Beach is just under 30 kilometers from Manly and around 40 kilometers from Sydney. At 3 kilometers long, it's popular with surfers, but also with the country's wealthy businessmen who own a second home here. The 20-30 minute hike to the lighthouse at the end of the point is well worth it for the views once you reach the top. Tours of the lighthouse are organized on Sundays. From Palm Beach, you can take a ferry to Ettalong Beach, where a market is held every weekend. A great place to visit.
