Opened in 1982, Badde Manors Cafe is one of those Glebe must-visits, one of the first new wave cafes: vegetarian, gourmet, bohemian, eclectic. You're served with a smile and, unlike many Sydney cafes, the place is open all day. Definitely try the pink sahleb, a milky drink. The date pudding is delicious, the vegetarian tagine is to die for. For breakfast, try the banana bread, or the blueberry bagel, or savory options, like an omelet, or avocado toast.
