Our stay at Evlalia was amazing! The staff is so genuine and friendly and HELPFUL, and they really made our stay a wonderful experience. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable, and the pool area was such a great place to relax for breakfast and coffee and snacks... the whole family loved it here. I highly recommend Evlalia and I would return to stay here again :).

Buen hotel en las afueras de Skopelos Town con vistas a la ciudad. Nuestra habitación no era muy grande pero tenía todo lo necesario, incluida una pequeña cocina aunque nosotros no hicimos uso de ella. Muy original la decoración de la habitación, con líneas onduladas, tipo orgánica, que la hacía muy acogedora y agradable. Al estar en la planta baja, no tenía tan buenas vistas como las de las plantas superiores pero a cambio disponíamos de un pequeño espacio junto al jardín con una mesa delante de un poyete con cojines, perfecto para desayunar, y un sillón colgante que es donde pasábamos más tiempo mientras estuvimos en la habitación, y que seguro fue la envidia de otros huéspedes… El hotel dispone de amplias zonas ajardinadas y de piscina, junto a la cual hay un kiosko abierto todo el día donde tomar cualquier cosa, incluso el desayuno, que hay que pagar aparte (no está incluido en el precio de la habitación). Parking muy cómodo dentro del mismo recinto, con la posibilidad de acercar el coche a la puerta misma de la habitación para cargar las maletas.

En la parte negativa, hay que decir que la insonorización no es la mejor, se escuchaban ruidos de la habitación de arriba. Poco espacio en el armario. El precio un poco caro, al no incluir el desayuno. La opción de desayunar en la piscina está muy bien (y es muy agradable), pero encarece considerablemente la estancia, teniendo en cuenta que en nuestro viaje nos alojamos en otros establecimientos con características similares que sí lo incluían (de hecho, éste es el único hotel de todos en los que nos hemos quedado en nuestro viaje por Grecia que no incluía el desayuno en el precio). En cualquier caso, repetiría.

Evlavia Studios & Villas is an excellent hotel resort in Skopelos. My wife and I along with friends and family stayed there from September 12 to 17 attending to our son's wedding. The rooms, the pool and the gardens are exceptionally clean. The staff including the owner Mr. George and the manager Mr. Anestis were always readily available to answer questions and provide support which made our stay in Skopelos a pleasant and memorable experience.

Great location. Fantastic view. Quiet place able to sleep. Room cleaning everyday. Wonderful staff, very resourceful and helpful. VIP service.
Bathrooms need upgrading/maintenance other than that perfect.
Highly recommended. Will stay there again.

The staff at the bar was exceptionally.

We stayed for 6 nights in the Deluxe Sea View Suite and were not disappointed. Our room was on the top floor with views of all of Skopelos town in the distance, the sea, and surrounding hills — simply incredible… This suite has been beautifully designed in the typical Greek minimalist style but with ample seating and plenty of room for all our luggage, including dedicated hanging space for our clothes. The shower was a huge open-concept walk-in, not for those who are shy, but we didn’t mind. All the windows in the room had external shutters that closed and provided near blackout when sleeping.

Contrary to other recent reviews, our room was well cleaned daily so I have no complaints to make here.

The hotel pool is indeed lovely, also with views of Skopelos town, but we only used it one afternoon. Why sit by the pool when Skopelos has some of the most incredible beaches in Greece?

Location was excellent — about a 10-12 min walk into the main town with tons of restaurants and shops. If you’re fit and able, you can definitely walk to the hotel from the ferry port with all your luggage (we did) but the hotel also offers a quick transfer which we were happy to do upon departure.

We stayed here for four nights and our experience was mixed. The facilities are good, such as the pool area, but there are certain things that really leave it down for the price we paid. The main issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. When we arrived the trash from the last guests was still left and over flowing, the sheets had stains and there was hair in the shower. Each day when the rooms would be “cleaned” we would return and the absolute bare minimum had been done - e.g nothing except dressing the bed had been done (water bottles, cups, tissues, crumbs on the floor, nothing had been moved).

Finally, the number of stray cats on our balcony was getting out of hand. There were sometimes 6 cats on the tiny balcony at one time and there was no getting rid of them. Occasionally they were also around the pool area quenching their thirst by drinking out of it.Fine if you’re a cat lover but it meant we couldn’t really enjoy the environment in peace.

Overall, the hotel has potential to be very good but additional attention is required by the management.

Τους Έλληνες δεν τους θέλουμε μόνο φασαρία κάνουν.
Είστε πολύ όμορφα εδώ του λέω μπράβο σας.. Κ ο γελιος αντί να πει 1 ευχαριστω λέει όπως το πάρει κανείς, εμεις στην Αυστραλία σε τέτοια δωμάτια ζούμε.

Ας ξεκινήσουμε από την φανταστική θέα,που είχε το δωμάτιο..οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι μας βοήθησαν αρκετά με την εξερεύνηση του νησιού.Το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα καθαριζοταν και είχαμε καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια.. επιπλέον είναι και pet friendly .. και δεν χρειάστηκε να αφήσουμε τον σκύλο μας ,όλα όμορφα και περιποιημένα, εννοείται ότι θέλουμε να ξαναπάμε!!

Das Hotel ist atemberaubend. Der Eigentümer und die Hotelangestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Altstadt von Skopelos. Der Hafen ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, sodass man nicht dringend ein eigenes Fahrzeug benötigt. Die Poolanlage ist gepflegt. Außerdem war der Eigentümer kulant, da wir 2022 aufgrund einer Erkrankung unseren Urlaub nicht antreten konnten. Er ermöglichte es uns, ein Jahr später das Zimmer zu bekommen, sodass wir unser Geld nicht verloren haben. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen????.

Αρχικά καλό θα ήταν να διασαφηνίσετε τι ισχύει για το κατάλυμα σας καθώς στο booking αναγράφεται 4 αστέρων ενώ στο google 3 αστέρων. Εμείς είχαμε κλείσει την junior suite. Κατά την είσοδο μας στο δωμάτιο αντικρίσαμε αρχικά έναν όμορφο χώρο, διακριτικά διακοσμημένο με απίστευτη θέα αλλά δεν έλειπε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά αφενός από το πάτωμα που λίγα λεπτά νωρίτερα μας ενημέρωσαν πως είχε μόλις καθαριστεί και αφετέρου από τον χώρο της τουαλέτας που προερχόταν από το σιφώνιο. Κάτι που ακόμη δεν μας άρεσε είναι πως στο μπαρ η πληρωμή έπρεπε να γίνει αποκλειστικά με μετρητά και δεν λάβαμε απόδειξη για καμία από τις αγορές μας. Επιπλέον η κράτηση μας είχε γίνει μέσω booking, για κάποιον λόγο φυσικά, και το βρήκαμε περιττό οι υπάλληλοι να μας κάνουν προσφορές με λιγότερα χρήματα αν ακυρώνανε την κράτηση μέσω του booking και πληρώναμε με μετρητά.

Μείναμε στο economy room. Το δωματιο ήταν ολοκαίνουργιο και ομορφα διακοσμημένο,ωστόσο ο μινιμαλ χαρακτήρας του σημαίνει περιορισμένος χώρος για να τοποθετήσει κανεις τις βαλίτσες του και τα πράγματα του. Οι μοναδικοί χώροι είναι τα δυο κομοδίνα και πάνω στο ψυγείο (εκτός από την «ντουλάπα»). Η καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ καλή, βέβαια ένα βράδυ φιλοξενήθηκαν στο δωματιο και αρκετά μυρμήγκια...
Στα αρνητικά θα προσθεσω ότι το δωματιο δεν έχει κουρτίνες. Τα στορακια δεν επαρκούν για κάποιον που χρειάζεται σκοτάδι για να κοιμηθεί...Εφοδοαστειτε με μάσκες ύπνου αν επιλέξετε αυτό το δωματιο...
Βολική περιοχή καθώς έχει πάρκινγκ.Η χώρα της Σκοπέλου έχει τρομερο πρόβλημα στον κυκλοφορία, όποτε ακόμα και αν δε θέλει να περπατήσει κανεις αρκετά , μπορεί να παρκάρει κοντά στο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ και από εκεί μετά με τα πόδια.

Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και το φαγητό στο pool bar ήταν πεντανόστιμο!

Απογοητευτικό..
Δυστυχώς πολλά πράγματα ήταν στραβά. Πρώτα απ'ολα η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν καλή. Το μπάνιο είχε μούχλα και τρίχες. Το κουβερλί και τα μαξιλάρια του καναπέ ηταν βρώμικα και είχαν μαύρες δαχτυλιές. Το δωμάτιο είχε μυρμήγκια, ακόμη και στο στρώμα και περπατούσαν πάνω μας το βράδυ. Το κρεβατάκι του μωρού που μας φέρανε ήταν ενα παλιό, βρώμικο, δεμένο με tie wrap, σε σημείο που το μωρο μπορούσε να τα βάλει στο στόμα του και ειχε για στρώμα ένα κομμένο κομμάτι αφρολεξ, άγνωστο απο που, το οποίο δεν χωρούσε καλα καλα μέσα. Το "καθαρισμένο" πάτωμα ήταν τόσο βρώμικο που γινόντουσαν μαύρα τα ποδαράκια του μωρού όταν μπουσουλουσε. Αυτά ήταν τα πιο βασικά. Έπειτα είναι και διάφορα άλλα πράγματα που δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε αυτο που πληρώνεις. Έπρεπε να ζητάμε καθε μερα να μας αδειάσουν τα σκουπίδια γιατι τα ξεχνούσαν, η κουζίνα ήταν ανεπαρκώς εξοπλισμένη (είχαμε για παράδειγμα ενα μαχαίρι κι ενα ποτήρι κρασιού), τα πιάτα είχαν πάνω υπολείμματα φαγητού, η λάμπα στην κουζίνα δεν άναβε και κρεμοσαπουνο δεν ειχαμε 3 μερες μεχρι που άφησα ανοιχτό το δοχείο για να καταλάβουν οτι πρέπει να το γεμίσουν. Το τελευταίο βράδυ κοβόταν συχνά το ρεύμα κι όταν επανερχόταν άναβαν ολα τα φώτα του δωματίου με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε συνεχώς. Ολα αυτα για 150€ το βράδυ. Δυστυχώς οι παροχές δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε αυτό που πληρώνεις και σε αυτό που περιμένεις. Τα θετικά ήταν οτι ο κήπος είναι εξαιρετικός, η θέα πολύ ωραία, το πάρκινγκ εύκολο και άνετο, το στρώμα ενα από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε κοιμηθεί, πολλή καλή η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο και είχε ησυχία. Οι άνθρωποι ηταν ευγενέστατοι και κάνανε προσπάθεια να βελτιώσουν τα πράγματα μετά τα παράπονα που κάναμε (παράδειγμα μας άλλαξαν το κρεβατάκι του μωρού, τη λάμπα στην κουζίνα και καθάρισαν καλύτερα το πάτωμα). Επίσης μας άφησαν να κανουμε check out αργα το μεσημέρι και μας έκαναν και έκπτωση 20€ ευρώ το βράδυ, δεν πήραμε καμία απόδειξη όμως. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά, θα ήθελα να είχα μόνο καλά πράγματα να γράψω αλλά δεν θα πρότεινα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

We stayed in the junior suite with sea view and it even tho the view was absolutely stunning and the room reminded of a simple more cozy time, the moment we entered it we were greeted by the terrible smell of their "cleaned room"(and that smell permanently stayed throughout our stay with the bath smelling TERRIBLE and the floor reeking of dirty waters every time the cleaning ladies visit). The owner was extremely unprofessionally and constantly pressured (asked at least 3 times even though we had it booked through booking) for a cash payment, the power went out quite regularly and during the night when it came back up, we were woken up by every light turning on thus not being able to get some shut eye or proper rest. What's more the wifi was terrible constantly disconnecting and also owner's suggestion to anything in the island was places that legit every townie told us to avoid due to them just being tourist traps. Sincerely do not recommend and if you are unlucky enough to book a place make sure to check at any other hotel.

Prachtig gelegen appartementencomplex, met uitzicht op de baai en Skopelos stad. Appartementen zijn keurig ingericht met goede bedden plus balkon. Enige minpuntje vonden wij de kleine doucheruimte met douchegordijn. Dagelijkse schoonmaak. Het complex beschikt over een heerlijk zwembad met goede ligbedden. Bij het zwembad ligt een goed ingerichte bar welke dagelijks van 08.00 tot 21.00 uur is geopend en waar je ook prima kan ontbijten, lunchen of s'avonds eventueel een hapje kan eten. De bediening vanuit de bar is werkelijk fantastisch, niets is teveel en de kwaliteit van de gerechten is zeer goed!
Appartement is ruim 10 minuten lopen van het gezellige Skopelos stad waarbij je onderweg al diverse goede restaurants passeert. Strand in Skopelos stad vonden we niet heel aantrekkelijk. Een auto is dan ook aanbevolen om het mooie groene eiland te verkennen en een aantal mooie stranden te bezoeken.

Posto tranquillo ,personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina immersa tra gli ulivi. Vista su tutta Skopelos dal terrazzo della camera. Bellissima la doccia che sembra inserita in una grotta.

Schöne Anlage. Die Fotos im Internet wirken jedoch meist deutlich hochwertiger als vor Ort. Insgesamt für den Preis von 100€ OK. Schwachpunkt ist jedoch die Dusche (siehe Foto); sehr klein und eng und der Vorhang klebt ständig am Körper. Der Wasserdruck war dort ebenfalls sehr niedrig. Auch gibt es im Badezimmer kein Moskitonetz (dringend notwendig).
WLAN war im Zimmer ebenfalls nicht verfügbar (trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage); nur auf dem Balkon hat es funktioniert.
Service (insb. Reinigung) war ansonsten jedoch gut.

Amazing spot. We loved our stay. The rooms were so lovely and charming. The rooms by reception and closer to the pool are nicer than the ones in the building behind.

Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola e per la città di Skopelos. Ottima pulizia sia delle camere sia della piscina. Cibo e bevande al bar ottime. Si può fare un ottima colazione al bar a bordo piscina o uno spuntino pomeridiano oltre che ai numerosi cocktail.

We stayed for 4 nights in June during second visit to the island. Lovely place, great pool area which had a bar for snacks and drinks (and breakfast if you want to order). The staff were brilliant and flexible, helping us from the ferry port. Easy 10-15 min walk in to town, 5 min walk to a nice coffee shop. Beach nearby, but recommend a motorbike or car to get to even more fabulous beaches. Rooms were lovely and clean. Would visit again.

Best service location and rooms in Skopelos We stayed a week and we will surely return. The room service cleaning was excellent. Views fantastic. The management and owners are great and friendly. Great pool and bar.
