Save yourself the money and time. The good reviews are FAKE. Worst customer service EVER, scammy and cheap practices. They are lying straight to your face about anything and on top of that they have the worst attitude. Apart from our horrific experience, the average tourist needs to know that this sh hole is not worth your money and it's not a 4 star hotel. The welcome drinks were just a watery juice. No new towels linen and other utilities refreshed daily as it should be. We complained about this with no result. They claim to be a waterfront hotel, and there's an elevator that says "to the beach". Here's the bitter truth: you end up in a private property and the actual beach next to it is full of sunbeds which belong to a different hotel. You are not allowed there. There is no sidewalk which makes it super dangerous and you need a car to go to the beach, which is much further away. Tried to charge us extra sneakily. The breakfast was stale and the buffet was the smallest ever. They even kick you out of your breakfast table because it finishes at a certain time, even though you are just sipping your coffee. Could go on and on for what they did to us but we had enough. The staff at the reception is rude and uneducated and the management is the worst. The audacity and scammy practices. Don't bother replying, we are sick of you already. You are already reported to the hotel association. You don't deserve to have a business and you are an embarrassment to Greek hospitality. The end.

Absolute dumpster hole that lies online on their website for just about anything. Hotel is old and, no it is not their architecture that they claim in every response to customer criticism, its actually falling apart OLD. Rooms are tiny, uncomfortable beds, balconies between rooms divided with what feels like paper. Breakfast is mediocre a single buffet, no options no fried eggs on the spot. Nothing. The staff matches the hotel quality as they are terrible and all they do is be petty online and in person to their customers. The hotel is on top of a hill and the sea is very far u need a car. I cant understand the 4 stars. This deserves 0 stars. Ps. To the bitter individual whos in charge of reading comments and responding to customers, dont bother. You just make yourself look more pathetic

Ended up here by chance rather than choice when our nearby villa accommodation became unusable as a result of Storm Dennis! So we were relieved to find somewhere with power, hot water and food! Given the difficulties that followed the storm for all businesses, the Atrium seemed to be managing very well in difficult circumstances so credit to the management and staff for that. The conditions also make it a little hard to judge the hotel objectively. Taking all the circumstances into account, we felt that the service was as good as it could be, and that staff were friendly and helpful. Impossible to judge food offerings as they may have been struggling with supplies. Let's just say that in the difficult circumstances we were grateful for what we got.
We stayed in 2 different rooms because the first room, after 3 days of torrential rain, sprang a leak in the room above. The second room was a bit tired in terms of decor and equipment, but I suppose there was limited choice. Non-provision of fresh bottled water daily was disappointing, and only cardboard cups or tiny glasses were provided for drinks. The extremely thin towels were another negative aspect. Both rooms had great views from private balconies. The location is set up on a hill, which is great for views but you need to be fit to manage all the stairs. Overall, we were grateful that the Atrium could accommodate us at short notice at a difficult time; the hotel has many good aspects, but in comparison with many hotels I have stayed in around the world, and making allowances for the problems caused by the storm, it felt like a decent 4* hotel but not up to 5* standards.

Horrible experience. Bad management, worse food, tired old rooms. Unusable Wi-Fi. Just save your holiday and book elsewhere. People that run hotels like this and charge these rates should suffer the damage from bad reviews. It’s not ok.

Terrible. A 2 star hotel at best. We arrived and ordered lunch by the pool while waiting for our room. Prison food best describes what arrived. We did not eat it. We brushed it off and were taken up to our room. Cramped and old overlooking a tired, run down building. Previous guests hair and stains on the linen. I had a 4 hour meeting online which I couldn’t attend because there was no Wi-Fi signal in the room. After becoming increasingly more frustrated with the state of the hotel, I called reception to query the Wi-Fi. They clearly knew there was no Wi-Fi in the room so she offered that I use some other area of the hotel and the lady offered up an excuse about it not being their hotel but a problem with the entire island. Straight lie as every one of our other hotels have perfectly strong Wi-Fi.

Now irritable that they never disclosed this upfront, I went down to reception to explain to the manager that we were just not happy with the state of everything and we planned to leave to go elsewhere.

I was met with an equally irritated and downright rude manager who refused to accept any of the issues I was putting to her and proceeded to tell me that they have the best “cuisine” on the island, the poor internet is not her problem and her general attitude was as if to say I can basically go “F myself”. I politely asked her if she would prefer to keep our money and have us leave unhappy or if we can agree to part ways on amicable terms with some kind of refund. We had booked the day before and she otherwise would never have sold the room. She was not interested in speaking to me for one more second and was only interested in keeping her €600 and seeing us leave.

Obnoxious management style that should quite simply never be working in hospitality.

Avoid booking here at all costs. You’d be better off at a backpackers.

A hotel experience I’d rather forget. Do yourself a favour and book anywhere else on Skiathos. Literally, anywhere else.

Avoid. Budget hotel. Rooms were terrible. Food was worse. Just not anywhere near worth what they’re charging.

We stayed at the Atrium hotel, The hotel is based at the edge of the main road, and our room looked over the road and lovely views of the sea, the road noise was not heard in the room when the doors were closed.
The hotel is quite unique with artefacts of local furniture and home life from the past, making it feel very traditional.
The staff were all friendly from reception to waiter staff and cleaners, all seem to work well together, and I did appreciate the waiter staff as there soon took empty plates away.
There is a life guard on hand, but he will stop you putting up an umbrella if it's too windy, which seem to upset some guests, we didn't stay at the pool as most beds were blocked before 8am, which was a shame as it would of been nice to try out the pool, so due to this we tried out the many small beaches near by, and restaurant to try out.
We did eat at the hotel for all our meals, and the quality was good, breakfast had most requirement, and they make lovely home made jams, evening meals again were nice with a reasonable choice, however this is a smaller hotel and has limit choice I'd been use too, with only a few desert options or fresh fruit.
BBQ night was a bit confusing as a note in the morning stated half board guests were included in the BBQ, but when we arrived for the BBQ they stated we needed to book...despite us being half board, a bit confusing...
There are two lifts in the hotel to get up all the floors however it takes a few days to find your way around the hotel due to all the different levels, we used the stairs, and there are a lot of stairs so it's good to be fit coming to this hotel, as the lifts are quite small.
The hotel location is great for both direction of the island, however there's no paths to get to the local shop or bars, so you need to be very careful crossing the roads or walking along the road edge to get to the local bus stop, remember this is the main road.
The hotel has bikes to rent and sun shades to borrow which is handy and a nice beach is near by.
The rooms were lovely, with air conditioning that worked well especially as it was 33 deg while we were there.
The shower was lovely and a quirky bathroom in the room, safe was free and in the room.
Beds were firm but comfy.
The room had coffee and tea facility, and a fridge which was handy.
Overall this was a lovely hotel very authentic, we would return but possibly only as bed and breakfast as there are nice restaurant near by to try.
Staff very attentive and location good.
Gardens well kept, however I would say you need to be fit and able body to get around this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay

We love it here. Our room was clean and has beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel feels authentic and professionally run, the staff all helpful and friendly. As with all hotels in Skiathos there are steps/slopes due to the nature of the island, but Agnadi has a nice little lift which takes away some of the strain when tired! A gorgeous pool with more beautiful views and a ten minute walk to a gorgeous beach.... we love it! Would definitely recommend.
