The Eupalinus tunnel is a real architectural feat in the th century B.C. providing the water supply of the town of Pythagorion in ancient times. It owes the genius of Eupalinus de Mégare, the first engineer to have dared to dig a mountain over 1 km, to connect the city to a source.
