BOAT EXCURSION

You can take a caïque to the wild, uninhabited islets dotting the horizon and surrounding area. It takes around an hour to reach Kounoupa, perhaps the most impressive islet, with its white sandy beaches jutting out into translucent turquoise water at the isthmus that strangles the island. Koutsomitis also dazzles with its crystal-clear emerald waters. Boats leave Pera Gialos at 11am and return around 6pm. For a more economical option, opt for the Yiannis Thalassopouli (+30 6974436338).
