On a small beach in Kounoupitsa, the Akrogiala tavern puts your feet in the water! The size of the meal is more relaxing. Not a great choice of dishes, but delicious mezzes and delicious grilled fish await you.

Παραγγείλαμε μεταξυ των αλλων και μύδια αχνιστα τα οποια δεν ήταν καθόλου ικανοποιητικά ουτε από γεύση ούτε απο ποσότητα - στο εξωτερικό σε μέρη με παράδοση στα μυδια τα σερβίρουν σε γεμάτο κατσαρολάκι, οχι στο 1/3

Such a lovely meal, a home cooked feel with wonderful staff. We had the fava bean dip, bread, tatzhiki, greek salad, a veal chop with fries, and a little dessert.

Completely average experience in terms of food and service, I have nothing to recommend from the menu. We had fish soup, pasta with mussels and fava. You can get much better of everything almost everywhere. Seating in the sand was a redeeming point. Prices are higher than elsewhere. Good spot to enjoy the sunset though.
