From the port, go up the alley to the left of the Alpha Bank, turn right at the fork and continue straight ahead until you reach the shaded square. The Douskos tavern has a long tradition since 1825 thanks to its simple but quality cuisine, with Greek music as the backdrop (musical evenings several times a week). Traditional dishes, fresh fish or grilled squid, homemade wine by the barrel... The tables are installed under two century-old trees. Cult and recommended, formerly, by Melina Mercouri, Joe Dassin, Jacqueline Onassis, Sophia Loren..

Très agréable taverne authentique. L'été, les tables sont installées dehors sous les arbres et il n'est pas rare que des musiciens jouent les airs classiques du répertoire grec. La cuisine est très bonne et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Spécialités de poissons grillés et autres plats typiques que l'ont peu voir avant de déguster. A conseiller vivement.
