Such a cute little oasis on the island of Agistri! It’s not just a hotel… it is a little village, neighborhood of 17 rooms all interconnected by pathways, a restaurant, several decks that lead out to the ocean and a yoga-centric getaway. Spent 2 night here with my wife. The owner Rosy is very laid back and speaks English, German and Greek. She has a little dog named Roxanne, who’s adorable. The room had a very basic bathroom, bed, central A/C, books, refrigerator, kettle and a patio that overlooked the ocean. One night there was a massive rain/thunderstorm, which was a bit scary but no concerns with the building. I should have brought a book or something to occupy my time.
Everything on the island is walkable. A grocery store is a 10 minute walk down the hill, near the port.
The rooms are affordable, and everyone is so kind and friendly.

We stayed 2 nights at Rosie’s and would come back in a heart beat. Simple and nice rooms. Lunch was delicious. Location is great, secluded but only 5 min to the village center.
At least for one leg you should opt for the slow ferry between Agistri and Athens because of the beautiful views from the outside decks only the ferry (not speed boat) offers.

We are three friends who have been visiting Rosy's Little Village every year since 2011 , apart from 2020 and 2021 owing to Covid. We love it! It is like visiting the family. Superb location allowing us to be as lazy or active as we wish, great food and a unique warm atmosphere - we meet so many other returning guests every year. We are collected from the ferry/Flying Dolphin and Rosy organises our taxi requirements between Athens airport and Piraeus. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - we always feel very welcome and cared for.

Just perfect. Family atmosphere. Beautiful seeview. Very nice staff. Best for adults. Stairs.

I have been blessed to have been able to stay at Rosys twice over the years.
Warm and friendly welcoming with an abundance of food choices. I have special dietary requirements and the kitchen catered my every need.
The atmosphere was just beautiful both during the day with the amazing views and water, and the entertainment in the evening.
Highly recommend Rosys little village to anyone wanting a peaceful break with superb views. All the staff were wonderful and the rooms were spotless.

My friends and I paid for the buffet but we were not allowed to refill our plates. The manager was super mean and disrespectful! I wouldn't recommend going to this hotel at all, not even think about booking a room there!!!!

My fellowship and I had a great idea to visit a "buffet" during our vacation. We have been to several similar hotels and restaurants domestically and globally. So we fill the tray the first time, enjoying half the things that the tray could hold, and then we went for a second round.
To our utter surprise, we hear from the back table a member of the staff of this place, acting like a cowboy thug, saying to us in the style of a bad old country boss:
"-Hey μ@L4k3s, don't φ_*k the buffet..."
Not fully realizing what we heard, as if he knew us or as if we were his children to whom he might be speaking in this way, we replied that we would not visit the place again.
We have to inform as we do and when we find something worthy in terms of prices, quality and behavior, that instead here we faced the absolute rudeness that took our holiday out of our noses.
Maximum negative image, ultimate disgust for the place, the island and the country in question, we do not support such behaviors!

Φαεινή ιδέα είχαμε με την παρέα μου να επισκεφτούμε έναν "μπουφέ" κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών μας. Έχουμε πάει σε αρκετούς τέτοιους σε ξενοδοχεία και εστιατόρια εγχώρια και παγκόσμια. Γεμίζουμε την πρώτη φορά στο δίσκο λοιπόν απολαμβάνοντας τα μισά πράγματα που χωρούσαν στο δίσκο και έπειτα πήγαμε και για δεύτερο γύρο.
Προς μέγιστη έκπληξή μας ακούμε από το πίσω τραπέζι ένα μέλος του προσωπικού του χώρου αυτού, φερόμενος σαν καουμπόι τραμπούκος να μας λέει με ύφος κακού αφεντικού επαρχιώτη παλαιάς κοπής:
"-Ρε λ@λ@κες, μη γ@μάτε το μπουφέ..."
Μη έχοντας συνειδητοποιήσει πλήρως τι ακούσαμε, λες και μας ήξερε από χτες ή λες και ήμασταν τα παιδιά του στα οποία ενδεχομένως να μιλάει έτσι, αποκριθήκαμε πως δε θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το μέρος.
Οφείλουμε να ενημερώσουμε όπως κάνουμε και όταν βρίσκουμε κάτι που αξίζει σε τιμές, ποιότητα και συμπεριφορά, ότι αντιθέτως εδώ αντιμετωπίσαμε την απόλυτη αγένεια που μας έβγαλε τον παραθερισμό από τη μύτη.
Μέγιστη αρνητική εικόνα, αποτροπιασμός και ντροπή και για το μέρος και για το νησί το εν λόγω σκηνικό, επ ουδενί δε στηρίζουμε κι αποδοκιμάζουμε τέτοιες συμπεριφορές απέναντι στον οποιοδήποτε!

The worst buffet experience I've ever had. It was their hotel's breakfast buffet. Everything was out of the fridge. The cheeses were stuck together and had become a rotten yellow mass. The cold cuts gave off a foul smell and had a transparent white disgusting crust on them. The yogurt for the fruit salad was sour and I found hair in it. The honey bottle stuck on your hand from the outside when you grabbed it, it was disgusting. The fruits were left uncovered, when I went to put fruits, were full of flies. The milks out of the fridge all warm and water not even for a sample. The manager of the hotel when we went to take a second course from the buffet (with the few things that were eatable from what they had, such as the bread and jam) he insulted us and treated us with great unjustified rudeness. In all the buffets I've been to around the world, you can always put a second course, only there they didn't allow it and that's completely illegal. I have already filed a complaint for the health department for dangerousness and one for consumer protection for misleading. I hope they will force them to close them soon.

Εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Το περιβάλλον και ή θέα υπέροχα και βέβαια δε θα μπορούσαν να μην είναι pet friendly ????
Μουσική καθόλου ενοχλητική και σου δημιουργεί μια χαλαρή διάθεση
Αξιζει κάποιος να το δοκιμάσει!

Comme son nom l’indique, Rosys Little Village est comme un petit village niché en bord de mer avec toutes les commodités à portée de mains : service petit déjeuner vue mer hyper sympa, un accès direct aux transats et baignades et restauration à dispo toute la journée. Le tout au calme absolu.
Une équipe aux petits soins pour ses clients.

When we were in need for place without other options Rosy's notified us via sms later during the day after 1 call earlier about a free room. They cared we have a good expeience there. Overall ultra friendly attitude!
