Built in the 14th century, during the reign of King Ivan Aleksander, the Church of Christ the Pantocrator stands out above all for its exterior decorations in the purest Byzantine style. It now houses an art gallery that is a bit of a tourist attraction, where you can buy an illustrated guide in French to Nessebar, which complements the information provided by the various museums (Editions Borina, €5), as well as a map of Nessebar. Splendid building.

Difficile de dire que c'est la plus belle église, mais celle ci est magnifique et trône majestueusement! remarquablement restaurée et mise en valeur, vraiment le style "briquettes" majoritaire dans le restes du vieux Nessebar sait interpeller!

Eglise typique de Nessebar qui ressemble à l'Eglise des archanges Michel et Gabriel avec cette avantage que l'on peut rentrer à l'intérieur même si ce n'est plus une église ca vaut quand même la peine d'y jeter un œil
