CITY HISTORY MUSEUM

This small museum, named in Bulgarian Градският исторически музей в Мелник, is deployed in three parts devoted to archaeology, ethnography, and the National Revival, up to the liberation from the Ottoman yoke in 1913. The photographic representations of Melnik's past are interesting. A very good small museum with schedules not always respected (we cross our fingers that it is not closed at the time of your passage), but that occurs especially out of season.
