MUSEUM OF RELIGIONS (НА НА)

In the compound of a mosque, built in 1409, archaeological excavations have revealed and show in situ the different strata of religious life on the site: cult remains from the Early Iron Age (^Хe-ІХe centuries BCC.), Thracian temple dedicated to the Heroic Rider (^{ІІe-ІІІe} centuries A.D.), medieval church (^{Хe-ХІІІe} centuries) and mosque (^ХVe-ХХe centuries) - unique evidence of the use of the same site by different religions. Not to be missed.
