PARLIAMENT (СЪБРАНИЕ СЪБРАНИЕ)

Near the Nevsky Cathedral, the building houses the parliamentary debates. It is a monumental building in neo-Renaissance style built to the plans of the Serbian architect Konstantin Jovanović, between 1884 and 1886. In September 2020, the National Assembly had deserted it for the former house of the Bulgarian Communist Party in Largo. Following the parliamentary elections of April 2021, it returned to its starting point! It is that the new majority denies the communist heritage.
