This restaurant with its author's cuisine is one of our best discoveries. Jorge goes from table to table to explain his high-end menu, as succinct as it is enticing. His cuisine is exquisite: giant crab, bean soup or sea snails as a starter, sea bass and ravioli as daily specials, choices not to be missed under any circumstances. The plates are refined, the result is creative and elaborate and your taste buds will certainly be surprised. A little expensive perhaps, but quality is sometimes priceless!
