Restaurant where you can taste a reworked and very refined regional cuisine. Florencia Rodriguez is in the kitchen and her husband, Fernando Fernandez, is on duty in the dining room. Special mention for the llama lomo with pepper and Andean potatoes in wine, the trout with saffron cream and the goat cheese crumble. Note that all the small works of art that decorate the walls are Fernando's own creations. Colored with different materials, they honor the culture of the region with, among other things, flowers and rocks.

Très bonne cuisine
On nous a suggéré de prendre comme entrée empanada osso bucco à partager pour deux , qui n'était pas sur la carte, et c'était un plat excellent! La cuisine est de grande qualité et le service très bon.
