The best of Argentinean meat, combined with the know-how of French cuisine. Martin studied in France with such prestigious chefs as Nicolas Sale and Bernard Loiseau. You will also see some more plans of plates of the triple starred French Master Queux hanging on the walls. The dishes are succulent and, for once, the cuisine gives pride of place to vegetables, without neglecting meat. As for the desserts, crème brûlée, marquise or blue cheesecake, they are unanimous. Impeccable service.
