This museum honours the memory of Julio Antonio Roca (1843-1914), who was twice President of Argentina, who deeply marked Generation 80, the intellectual identity of the late th century, and which, incidentally (possibility of judging the quality of the institution in knowledge), slaughtered the indigenous and southern Patagonia in the famous Desert Conquest. There are about 800 original pieces and manuscripts.
