Onion soup or stuffed partridge in a restaurant in Buenos Aires offering a piano for some dinners.
French cuisine of high quality, known and recognized. The house likes to serve its onion soup, before moving on to a stuffed partridge. The chef sometimes comes to present the establishment and each of the dishes: finally an amphitryon that hasn't lost its (old) good manners! The establishment is not located in a very pleasant area (near Constitución and its train station), but as far as the restaurant is concerned, there is not much to say and the wine list is rather tempting. And the piano that occasionally accompanies the weekend dinners is always welcome.
