Would you like to taste Argentinean meat, whose excellent reputation has long since spread beyond its borders? No need to go any further, just book a table at La Cabrera. No need to think about getting a chair after 8:30 pm, the restaurant is often sold out despite the new room installed further away: it's often sold out! The variety of the dishes, the tender meat served, the consequent volume of the portions and the neat setting of the place are the ingredients of a recipe that works well. Excellente parrilla à Palermo, mais attention sans doute une des plus chères (moins chère quand même que Don Julio). Le service est excellent, beaucoup d'accompagnements servis dans des verrines avec la viande, succulente. Belle carte de vin aussi.

Une des meilleures viandes de Buenos Aires, avec divers accompagnements proposés par le restaurant. Tout cela est très savoureux. Il est conseillé de réserver quelques jours à l'avance .
