Un de mes coups de coeur à Buenos Aires. Un restaurant typique dans le centre avec un excellente rapport qualité/prix. On se rapproche plutôt de la cuisine du nord-ouest argentin avec les tamales, humitas, le locro... il y aussi un beau choix de "cazuela" - plat mijoté, notamment une cazuela calabaza, miel et chèvre à tomber.
