BEACH WADIYA

The Beach Wadiya is a small, simple and welcoming establishment, a straw hut with a beautiful sandy terrace overlooking the ocean. It is a good option to taste fresh fish. It's a pleasure to have your meal facing the sea. However, the service deserves to be more professional. On the walls of the interior room, next to the many photos taken by Olwyn Weerasekara, the owner of the place, during his travels and with his friends, we can see the marks of the water level reached during the 2004 tsunami (1.8 m).
