A pleasant, family-run hostel, just the way we like it, with its warm interior and offering mainly culinary specialities from the Dolenjska region. Seasonal ingredients come from neighbouring farms. Among the signature dishes of the house: smoked trout with roasted pears, horseradish and trout roe, or goat cheese fondant with pumpkin oil. Well stocked wine list because the cook, Jure Tomčić, is also a sommelier. It has more than 250 types of local and international wines. He deserves a visit.
